Students and recent graduates from top conservatories and universities competed for thousands of dollars in prize money and New York recital presentation by the Musicians Club of New York in the 2013 Serge and Olga Koussevitzky Young Artist Awards. As always, the Finals Concert was an amazing display of virtuosity and artistry. The presence of an audience helped to bring out the fullest resonance of each young artist's budding musical voice - and reminds them it's not judges that make a career, but a receptive audience.
