Lily Holgate is a freelance violinist and chamber musician living in New York City. She is the first violinist of the Puck Quartet, and performs regularly with ensembles throughout the northeast such as the NOVUS NY Orchestra at Trinity-Wall Street, the Chamber Music Society of North Jersey, and with the Rhinebeck Chamber Music Society. Passionate about bringing chamber music to audiences beyond the concert hall, Lily has performed in hospitals, schools and community centers as part of fellowship string quartet programs at Stanford University and the Apple Hill Center for Chamber Music. With the Puck Quartet she has attended the Robert Mann String Quartet Institute at Manhattan School of Music, and in the Fall of 2018 will be in residence at Stanford University as part of the Emerging String Quartet Program. As an orchestral musician she has performed at Carnegie and Ozawa Halls, as well as the Konzerthaus in Berlin as part of the Moritzburg Festival Orchestra.
